We guarantee high quality products and due to heath concerns, we do not accept any returns.
However, if products received are broken in the mail, then please contact us immediately at info@joshikpolish.com and send us proof and in most cases we would send out a replacement.
International shipping & delivery
We ship internationally. However, we are not in charge of any custom fees that may be incurred in the foreign country. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 1-5 weeks depending on the final destination country.
Domestic shipping & delivery (within USA)
Products are shipped within 2 business days from the time the order is received. Most domestic orders take anywhere between 3-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
